Behind the Beauty – Meet the Hands That Shape Well-Spring’s Landscape

At Well-Spring, the beautiful landscaping residents enjoy each day doesn’t happen by chance. It’s the result of thoughtful planning, expert care and a team that takes pride in every detail.

Leading that effort is LeGrande Iseley, Horticulture Supervisor, whose passion for plants began at a young age and has grown into a lifelong career. Since joining Well-Spring in 1997, LeGrande has played a key role in shaping the community into the vibrant, welcoming environment it is today.

Behind the scenes, his work goes far beyond maintaining greenery. LeGrande and his team carefully select plantings, remove invasive species and work closely with residents to design personalized outdoor spaces that reflect their preferences and lifestyle. From private patios to shared garden areas, every detail is thoughtfully considered.

“I learn from the residents as much as I advise them. It’s a great partnership,” LeGrande says.

That partnership is what truly sets Well-Spring apart. Residents are not only surrounded by beautiful grounds but also invited to be part of the process. LeGrande regularly collaborates with residents and garden committees, ensuring the landscape continues to evolve while reflecting the people who call the community home.

With decades of experience and a deep commitment to excellence, LeGrande and his team bring both expertise and heart to their work. For future residents, it’s a glimpse into the care, attention and pride that all go into creating a place that feels beautiful, welcoming and truly like home.
