Continuing Care

Our Assisted Living offers older adults a chance to live life on their own terms while receiving the assistance they need. Our nurses and certified nursing assistants give every resident personal attention and exceptional care by taking the time to know them, their preferences and their family and friends. We help individuals do what they can and assist them in staying as independent and active as possible.

Our Skilled Nursing offers residents the care they need in a Person-Centered and safe environment. A dedicated interdisciplinary team works together to preserve each resident's dignity and to respect their wishes while offering quality medical care. With RNs, LPNs and certified nursing assistants on staff, under the direction of a board-certified Medical Director and in cooperation with the resident's family and care provider, residents receive the advanced, round-the-clock care they need. We encourage independence, emphasize personal choice and always put the resident first. 

Certified Medicare Rehabilitation offers a home-like and rejuvenating atmosphere with outstanding care. Our mission is to restore each person as quickly as possible to their highest level of function and independence. Individuals benefit from our interdisciplinary team of professional and on-site physical, occupational and speech therapists. While undergoing rehabilitation, individuals enjoy fully-furnished accommodations.
